ILR-5 year on T1G period query

Post by poojabhatt » Wed Apr 15, 2015 1:44 pm

Hi all,

This is in relation to calculating my continuous 5 year period on Tier-1 General Visa.

Applied [In-country] by post for my Tier 1 General visa on : 04/11/2010

Tier 1 General visa approved.Valid from : 05/04/2011 to 05/04/2013

Applied by post for my Tier 1 General visa extension on : 04/04/2013

Tier 1 General visa extension approved.Valid from : 11/11/2013 to 11/11/2016

I intend to apply for ILR in 2016 under the 5 year rule. There have been no absences. My question is can I apply 28 days before 05/04/2016 [5 years from the day my first Tier 1 General visa was approved].

Although I do believe that I can but any reassurance from the moderators/gurus would really help.

Thank you all in advance.
