ILR dependent visa application

Hi I need some guidance from you guys.

My wife came here in April 2011 on PSW dependent. I applied entrepreneur in July 2012 and after won in court got visa in June 2014. In August 2014 I got ILR on long residency basis. My wife is still on entrepreneur dependent visa till June 2017.

Can she apply for ILR after completing 5 years or she has to go for FLR (M)? If so does it mean she have to be on FLR (M) for next 5 year than apply for ILR? Is there any other way out, not to wait for 5 more years?
if she have to apply FLR (M) does she need to meet £18,600 income band?

Your advice would be much appreciated.
