I have a friend of mine who is extending his article 8 visa. He was assisted wth his application through the solicitor and he was given 2.5 years previously but now he's trying to extend his visa for another 2.5 years. The question is, What form is he going to use and does he need to do any English test and also the new health surcharge will be £500 right?


Please any guru clarify or answer this question please
