10 year ilr help needed

Hello

My uk entry clearance was stamped on 06 May 2005 and i arrived to UK on 28th May 2005 .....
My current Tier 1 General visa expires on 10th April 2016


I wanted to know when can i apply for ILr on 10 year long residence......?

28 Days before entry clearance stamp ie 06 May

Or

28 Days before date of arrival 28th May ????


Please help me out as i need to book an appointment asap .....

So long as you meet all other requirements you may apply up to

28 Days before entry clearance stamp ie 06 May

2015, as you entered the UK within 90 days of EC.

For long residence applications it is no sooner than 28 days before date of ENTRY, so 28 days before 28 May 2015. The 90 day concession is not applicable to long residence.

Thanks for the correction, I wasn't aware of the concession not being applicable for long residence applications.
