The letter you got should say how long it will be but it is usually within 2 weeks or so.

Hi,
I applied with my wife as dependent at Croydon, didn't include my two kids.

-I have two jobs and supplied payslips from both employment
-12 months bank statement
-3 months statement for our joint account, it was nearly £1000 in there as savings.
-employment confirmation letter from both employers
- income calculation sheet
- absence sheet
- my master degree and transcript
- My passports x 3
- My wife passports x 2
- BRP Cards x 2
- Life in uk test x 2
- my wife B1 from trinity college
- IELTS for myself
Cohabitation Documents

We are living in sharing accommodation, so we didn't have any bills etc, for co habitation documents we submitted bank statements from two banks, my wife was getting letters from hospitals, credit card offer letters from banks, letter from surgery, littlewoods statement, etc.

There were loads of them even case worker called me and said I am getting confused with them.
All process took 3.30 hours.
