Well done Ali4777! Hopefully getting there too!I called today and was told that our applications were "being processed for decision"...
Hopefully some good news next week. I applied on the 17th December. By the sound of it, the December numbers are definitely being crunched now.
Knopik83, Do you have an update? If not I think you should just call them again. I found out that if you call after 3.30pm, it is answered within 5mins.

Thanks

BTW each time I call HO the waiting time is usually 3-6 min ... may be I am just lucky .. usually I call between 9-11am

Thithi79 keeping my fingers cross for you and the twins!
I know someone who applied on the 30/03/15 same case like yours also with two set of twins so four children.
Usually March applications take around 2 months let hope is same this year despite the 'monster' new application form.

Its not rocket science.
Just go back to march applications on this forum to verify for yourself.

From 2010 durations/waiting times drop down to 2 months or less on March applications then increase to 3 to 4 months around Sept Oct.
Just double check from old post as said before.
However, this years is yet to be proven so we wait to see :D :D :D

Hi all,
My ee4 application was refused due to insufficient self employment doc, with right to appeal.(appeal made)pls I need an advice on the following.

How long does reconsideration take?(I'm planning to write the case worker)

How long will it take b4 I get a hearing date from tribunal?

I submitted one p60 and 4yrs self assessment, Nic, sa302, tenancy agreement, random payslip,Radom bills to cover full five yrs, self assessment statement with prove of tax paid, letter from my client etc..

The caseworker reason for refusal was lack of self employment evidence e.g invoice, biz card and prove of regular payment to bank account...where as my eea sponsor work solely for one client and does not need most of the generic requirement.

I intend to send full five yrs comprehensive profit and loss statement issued by the accountant with cover note explaining reason for not providing the required doc.however my eea sponsor has instructed his client to start paying into the account from January upward.

We've got two kids together.
