ILR dependent visa FLR M

Dear members,

My wife is on my dependent visa since 6 months based on my tier 2 dependent visa. I got my ILR on 31st march 2015 and planning to apply for FLR M dependent visa. I meet the employment salary band required and wondering i still need to show any maintenance of funds for the application?

She can apply her extension as a PBS dependent even though you have been granted ILR recently. And she will get a maximum of 3 years extension.

She has to provide proof of maintenance funds.
