Sponsor having 4 months validity while sponsoring Mother for 6 months

Hi All,

My husband is sponsoring my mother in law for 6 months (visitor visa) .He is under Tier1 General category and will be applying for ILR in September 2015 as his Tier 1 visa is valid till September.

My mother in law has already visited UK in 2011 (for 3 months) and all the documents from her side as well as my husband side are fine other than VISA validity for my husband. We are also mentioning that she will be staying for 3-4 months only for the Summer time in the application.

Please can someone confirm if this VISA validity for my husband will be any constraint in approving the VISA for my mother in law.
