Varying ground of appeal please help

Variation of grounds of appeal

14. Subject to section 85(2) of the 2002 Act, the appellant may vary his grounds of appeal only with the permission of the Tribunal.


please can someone interpret this , my intention is to focus my ground of appeal on completion of 10 years. My current refusal is flrfp based on private life.

Have already sent the Tribunal and HOPO further ground of appeal, so my question is have i already asked for variation of ground or its another matter to address in my bundle.

Also if am varying ground does that mean my bundle will only focus on the ground that have completed 10 years or have still have to cover the grounds that am appealing HO decision on for the flrfp.
