impact of lost old passport on naturalisation

Hello all,

does anyone know the impact of lost old and expired passport on citizenship. I couldn't find my old passport and citizenship department is requesting for pages of it. It was not asked for when I submitted my application, but they are now requesting for pages of it and the current one. what can be done please

Was it lost after you applied or before you applied?

Why you didn't supply copy of the passport pages when applying? They ask for full copies at the time of applying...
Anyway you don't have much choice, You probably need a Garda report confirming that the passport is lost and send it to them.

it wasn't required as at the time I submitted my application.
