ILR - A check with Gurus

Post by rknshree » Thu Feb 05, 2015 9:16 pm

Hi,

I am planning to apply ILR in April 2015 using the 90 days concession period.

Here is my case :

Tier 1 Migrant - Visa granted 1 MAY 2010
Entered UK on - 23 July 2010 ( 79 days in total , which is under 90 days concession )
Tier 1 Extension : June 2012
current leave expires - June 2015

Absences - Under 90 days in total in 5 years, none of them exceed 180 days in any year obviously.

Working as Limited company director since 2012
Documents planning to show:

Finances
Dividend statements - accountant certified
Payslips - accountant certified
Summary of dividends, salary - accountant certified
Personal banks statements
Business bank statements

Company accounts as of date
Company registration , VAT, PAYE registration.

English language ( me and dependent wife )
Original degree certificate
Print out of PBS calculator with Points for degree

Life in UK test certificate ( yet to pass, booked already for end of FEB)

Cohab documents

Wife's maternity notes and book
Council tax bills
Utility Bills
bank statements.
Electoral register letters

Absences proof
Self explanatory letter ( i have worked for 2 permanent employers and after that contracting using my company )

Will really appreciate if people share their opinion about :

-- 90 days concession period will have no issues
-- Should I include any additional documents ?

Thanks,
Shree

Passed the LIUK test . It was simple and easy.

I will be applying in mid April now, with 18 days remaining for my 5 year period.

Can gurus please run through my document list and suggest if I should add anything else ?
