Please Help on Tier 2

Hello Manchi,
I am here from 2009 in Tier 4 but I changed my visa on Tier 2 on August 2012 in SOC code 1132. My SOC Package is 26500. Now My COS is expiring on 24 August 2015. My question are as follows:
1. can I extend my visa on May 2015???
2. Am i newer entrant or experienced???
3. My wages package are increased as I heard, so should my employer show the increased salary or can i stay on 26500 package????
4. I have seen 1132 is allocated in two code 1132 and 3545 which one should my employer can take???
Please help me. I am in dilemma.

1. yes, you can extend whenever you want with a Tier 2 visa.
2. Experienced if your over 25yrs old
3. salary must match the new SOC
4. One that matches your job tasks.

thanks for your reply. so my cos has 32 hours per week. Soc code has revises salary 47900. will it be same for me or need to calculate as basic.

plz help me. what will be the solution??? can i use 3545 soc code as before 1132 soc code but my duties are similar to 3545.
