more than 28 days

Hi

I'm in Tier2 general visa from march 2014. and before that i was ICT longterm from 2010 OCT .

Ok my question is I'm planning to take paid holiday in sept from 2015 for my wedding.

One of my friend is saying that i cant stay outside the country for more than 28 days. If i stay then i cant apply for ILR after 4 yrs(March 2019).


Is it true?

Im going to use my annual holiday and again gonna work from home for 3 weeks.
My leave plan are 29 Aug 2015 to OCT 09 2015 and panning to work from home on 1st week of OCT as well.


Will it create any problem to apply for ILR?#

Your friend is talking nonsense. You are allowed 180 days absence per 12 month cycle.
