help needed filling application formB1 from trinity college

Hello

Can some one help me please .....

I am planning to apply for ilr on 10 year long residence basis and need help filling SET LR form

I got B1 certificate from trinity college at entry level 3 in feb 2015 and i am planning to apply in may 2015

I am confused which statements to tick on the section 3 where it asks about English qualification...
Should i tick this ::::????
• A speaking and listening qualification at level B1 or above from the Secure
English Language Test (SELT) list (Go to question 3.3 below);

OR

An ESOL qualification at Entry Level 3, Level 1 or Level 2 , that includes
speaking and listening which has been regulated by the Office of
Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual). It must be listed as an
ESOL qualification on the Ofqual Register and taken in England, Wales or
Northern Ireland;

and what to choose on questions asked at 3.2 and onwards ??????

Since u did B1, you will be selecting:

Can you please guide me what should i put in section 3.6

Title of Qualification......???
Level of Qualification.....????

And which one is award reference number on the certificate ??? I have B1 grade 5 entry level certificate entry 3 and there is Qualification accreditation nber 500/1034/X and two more serial numbers underneath it .....
I am confused
