Applied 27th march got the fees taken out on 17th April was expecting to receive a confirmation as per other 27th March applicants. But that didn't happen.

Is anyone from or before the 27th March still waiting for acknowledgement from HO still??

@still.waiting please take a look at ur post again, how can you say u send ur application on 27th of march and don't forget everyone in this board know that 27 Of march was a bank holiday no post office is open on that day, Why is it that people like you always cause confusion in this house if you doesn't feel like sharing an accurate Topics in this house please don't even bother to write because u are causing confusion for other users, all the board want is an accuracy post for others to learn from. It wasn't a bank holiday as I posted mine on 27-3-15 and recieved by HO 30-3-15 bank holidays were 3 and 6 April hence few delays in application processing.

Mr first2013 you posted a long "non sense" post, everyone on this forum knows that 27th March wasn't a bank holiday as few applicants including me applied on the same date...better to update yourself first and then post!!!

I did apply on 27/03/15 and got my acknowledgement on 18/04/15, hopefully you'll get yours soon...may be in a couple of days, so no need to worry about...just chill!!!

My apologies to the house for that mistake I thought that day was a bank holiday, as have seen alot of inaccurate topic people has been posting before, thanks and good luck to everyone of us who is still waiting for their approval

Regardless of when I applied, my post was for people who applied around the same dates as I just wanted to see if I'm the odd one out not getting the acknowledgment email.

I think you have caused more confusion and ruckus here than anyone.I hope you will do your homework and post "accurate topics" going forward "in this house"! Thank you

Talking about rubbing it in...that sounds like pure venomous jealousy for something that I had no control over. Why begrudge someone for an approval? Its an incredibly strange pattern, ive seen those who have applied on 1st/2nd April have fees taken (inline with current timeline) and theyve received their email acknowledgement. However i don't think anyone who's applied from 27th-31st March have received an Email acknowledgement but theyve received letter acknowledgements

Why you guys dont even send a special delivery envelope to home office which they will use to send your approval letter. And just check online in the evening instead waiting for the whole day for the post man.
