UK Spouse visa Support documents review required

Hi Everyone,
I am planning to apply my wife spouse visa with one child beginning of next month with the below support docs from India, Hyderabad.
Please can any experience person review my list of below support documents for my wife UK spouse visa with one child

Note: I am planning to pay health surcharge next week for to get Health surcharge reference number (for my wife + child)
Please review and I need answer from the experience person as I had my spouse visa refusal last month because of my silly mistake (i.e. provided financial evidence was 28 days old)

Please note that my last April statement is from in-branch printed statement accompanied by letter from bank manager confirming balance is correct as at printed date time. (I hope this not an issue for ECO )
