ILR (SET O) form Query regarding section 6.1

Hi All,

Can some one help please.
I am applying for ILR on 1st May 2015 at Croydon PEO via Tier 1 (general) 5yr route.
Regarding the section 6.1 of Set-o Form i am confused what to mention, i first ever came to this country back in June 2005 now shall i mention this date over here or the date i entered when i start claiming for this application? which will be 10/10/2009.

I think as per the discussion in this forum, we have to enter the date of Tier 1 general i.e. Oct 2009

As far as I understand, answer that question based on the CURRENT basis for application, so only the current visa you are on. For example, i first came on a Working Holiday Maker & then switched to an Ancestry visa, but my application for ILR is based on my Ancestry visa 5 years and not including the WHM time I spent in the Uk, thus I will include the dates and times I entered and have stayed in the UK with my Ancestry visa.

If I am wrong, I am sure someone will correct, but based on all my research I believe this to be the case.
