CCJ -ILR query

good morning senior members ,
i have just checked my credit report and i have ccj Since 2010 , as i said i just got to know now , so didnt mention in my prev tier 1 applications , i have to applY ILR next year , could you please tell me CCJ eefects my ILR ?
(CCJ is due to unpaid credit card bill).
pkease senior members reply asap what to do ?

Hi Mate,

It wont effect, as not paying bill isnt a criminal offence, but call the credit card company make the arrangements and DO include in the form.

It will not cause you any trouble.

Its bacasue due to ID theft , I have reported to action fraud . but i didnt expect a ccj on my account , while investigation is still in progress.

create an account with Creditexpert they offer a 30 day trial

and report the ID theft I had a similar issue
they should be able to advise if it was indeed ID theft !

i didnt mention in my prev applications (in 2011 and 2013) , but the ccj has been since 2010 .

You can mention that you are not aware of that CCJ until recently and attach a covering letter.
