Jamalkhan- Fiance Visa Success!!!

Hi all just wanted to know after 5 months of waiting and One Visa rejection and letter of going to Appeal to the AIT my fiance Jamal khan has now recieved his fiance Visa and is coming back!!!!!


Trust me it was a long hard wait and very emotionally draining as we have all together now been apart for 6 months. Our Moral got really low especially as he got rejected after waiting 14 weeks as he had overstayed 9 years. We then went to our immigration consultant who wrote a 5 page essay explaning everything and why he should be granted and, and if it was not granted then the tax payers money would be wasted on court so to put long story short he has got it wow im so excited!!! have not seen him for 6 months!!!

thanks all for you help..especially Jeff and the other immigration consultants...

yes really it is a miracle i have nver heard of them over turning their decision so quickly and not even going to court!!!!

Thanks very mcuh but the nighrt mare is not over until he gets past immigration control as they can turn him away..so still really worried about this I really hope and Pray they let him back in..
