Employment History letter

Hi All,

I am applying ILR on basis of Tier 2 Visa soon and have a query regarding employment history letter. My company is insisting on not including the following line:-

XXX services as an employee are still required and he will continue to remain employed with us in the foreseeable future.

instead they are ok to include

XXX is a permanent employee with us

Can you please confirm if the 2nd line would be ok?
