ILR(long residence) premium service

Post by vpinbolton » Thu Apr 30, 2015 7:33 am

Hello,

Just wondering if any one has experienced or known about premium service ilr(long residence) who had been staying under section 3(c) since April 2014 and completed 10 years during the period.

Can I withdraw my appeal and submit ILR (long residence) by premium service?

Will homeofice accept the application on same day service?

Can I withdraw my appeal
What appeal is it that you have pending?

Premium long residence appointments should ideally be used for straightforward applications.

Once you withdraw your appeal, I think you lose the protection of 3c cover. The time it will take to withdraw, get your documents back and then book an appointment could be a while.

Actually I m dependent of tier 4, I have all remaining documents except passports.
I have contacted customer service at Croydon last week and they confirmed that yes you can apply, but I don't know do they have enough information about premium service or not?

Is your Tier 4 dep visa still valid?

You refer to 3C, which implies that you visa has already expired???

It might be helpful if you list, with dates etc, what your full immigration history is.

For long residence, it is all the passports that you need.

It is not advised to use premium service for complicated cases as they are unlikely to make a decision on the day and will treat it as a postal application even if you paid the fee for premium.

That's true, my visa has expired in April 2014, and my 10 year completed September 2014.

What appeal are you waiting for?
Is it your appeal or the Tier 4 main applicants appeal?
What is your full immigration history??

What is the basis for the appeal??

Your best option would be to apply by post to vary your application to Set(LR). It won't however help your partner but should not affect your partners appeal process.

How long has your partner bee in the UK?

Ok so she has some way to go still to reach 10 years. Best for her to stick with the appeal process and hopefully it is favourable for her.
