two different address UKVI - Postal Set(0) & Postal PBS Dep

Dear Members,
I have one problem, I am applying for ILR and same time I am applying for extension of my wife's visa who is on tier 1 general dependant at the moment. Now I am applying using SET-O form which I need to send to ILR, PO BOX: 591, Durham, DH1 9FS, while I am using tier 1,2 or 5 dependant application form for my wife's application, and this needs to be sent to Tier 1 Dependants
PO Box 496, Durham, DH99 1WQ.
My question is can I send both application to ILR center or I must send both applications to relevant address? I am sending my wife's bank statement covering 90 days and have enough fund in that so actually dont require my bank statements, my statements will go with my application.
can anyone explain me how this can work?

They would go separately as given on the forms.
