Pending Asylum case (3 Years now)

> Came to england from pakistan when I was 14 (now 19)
> Mom claims asylum cause she has a warrant out for arrest back in Pakistan.
> Im her dependant
> Failed asylum seeker status
> appeal, fail it again.
> appeal again.
> case has been pending for almost 3 years now with no response from the home office
> On section 4 housing

any idea where this case is headed?

can u explain a bit more do u have any appeal pending if so which court? or did ur mum put fresh asylum case after appeal right exhusted
