Absence 114 days out side laste five years

hello all. I was out side uk 114 days in last 5 years. In 2013 to 2014 Total 61 days and in 2011 total 53days ........in June i m completing 5years just want to ask still I need employer letter or it should b fine... Total 114 days in last 5 years

I got ilr last month, My absences in 5 years were 137 total.no need to submit employer letter just submit self letter for absences.

AFAIK, the new ILR continuous residency guidance clearly states that if leaves are beyond 30 or more than statutory UK annual leave policy a letter is mandatory
