which rule for dependant of ILR?

Hi everyone,

just want to clarify something. if someone got ILR on 10 yr basis. what is the rule for dependant if she is here since June 01, 2012 as dependant of Tier1 General and was out of UK for 110 days.

1. After getting flr(m) can she straightway apply for set(m).
2. Or she has to wait for another 2.5+2.5 years..
