how much money one need to show for WHM

Hi Friends,

I am from India.
I am planning to come to UK with Working Holiday Maker VISA.

could anyone please tell me how much money we need to show while applying for WHM visa?

I have around 4500 GBP in my account ? will that be enough?

Dear Jay..

Hope this helps you a little...i was in swiss with family last year.. what i did was though i showe only 2500GBP (in euros) i also attached my Immoveable properties and property in my families (wife and my) name which showed them that i wil be back to india at any cost...

rest experience boarders will give... i have never been to Uk

Did u get ur WHM visa approved ?

I read in a website which is for Australian people saying that applicant has to show a minimum of 2500 GBP to get UK WHM.
so will it be same for Indian applicants also ?

I can show 5000 GBP ( 4 Lakh INR) . (this money is earned by me only).
but no properties in my name.

the UKvisa procedures says that the applicant has to have enuf money to support himself for at least 2 months w/o any other support.

so wot u guys think ?

can anyone give me ur opinions ?

with 2500GBP i got the visit visa to swiss at that time..

NOT a Visit visa.

Based on that its more than enough money to support your self for 2 months so you should be ok
