ILR and PBS Depedent

Hi

first of all i really appreciate those people who made this forum, i found very informative. I need some information regarding my ILR and PBS Dependent.

I got Tier 1 (General) and going for My ILR in November and my wife apply for her extenation as PBS dependent as she came after July 2012. I just wana ask

1. Is She need LIfe in the Uk Test?
2. is She need engilsh language test (B1 etc).

please reply me so i can book test for her in time.

If she's not applying for ILR, then she doesn't need them for 319C.

Thanks for reply ...what about english test A1? coz those apply with FLR M they need it. what about PBS Dependent?
