Mail i got from HO for courier pickup request i made. Just an info.
Dear Mr XXXX,
A decision has now been reached on your application under the Highly
Skilled Migrant Programme. I understand that you wish to have your
documents transported by courier. Please note that you must make the
courier arrangements. We cannot make them, we can only hand your
documents over to your courier when your courier arrives at our
Sheffield Moorfoot building.
Please inform the courier company of the following when making
arrangements:
o You have already paid for the carriage as the recipient,
not the sender.
o Our Sheffield Moorfoot office hours are Monday to Friday
09:00 - 17:00. There is no guarantee that someone will be available to
despatch your package outside of these hours.
o Your HSMP reference number (HSMP231xxx)
Once you have made arrangements, please contact me, or the HSMP team to
inform us the expected collection time from our Sheffield Moorfoot
building.
Please note that the HSMP team will not pass your documents to a courier
unless we are satisfied that the courier has been appointed by yourself
and that the HSMP team will not incur any costs as a result of
transporting your documents by courier. For this reason your courier
must be able to quote your reference number when he/she arrives at
Moorfoot to collect your documents.
It is also extremely important that you make your courier aware that we
cannot sign anything for your courier when he/she arrives at Moorfoot to
collect your documents under any circumstances.
If we have not been advised of the courier arrangements within fourteen
days of the date of this e-mail, we will return your documents by
standard post.
