Thanks, just a point to note. Surprisingly the Council letter arrived before brown envelope and brown letter came next day. So it is possible that council might send you letter before you receive brown letter from Home Office, as they get certificate for you, so please do not worry if you get one after/before another.

It took 1 month for me. GOOD LUCK!

I used new form, but paid old fees as i send the application on 28th March and they received on 30th March.
I new form, Bio metric information was der

Why u use new form if u applied before 7th april
Didnt make sense isnt it

When i downloaded the form, the new form came and i was not able to find the old form.
In the footer of the form it was written MARCH 2015 and i filled the form around 25th March.
I didnt go thru NCS
Is it going to be a problem

Its really simply madam u can go anywhere anytime during processing time of ur application but u need to come back for ur cetizenship ceremony and oath.u cant take oath outside the uk.its better to advice u that go when ever u gona go but on approval come back take oath and go back again good luck

Language criteria met (UK degree, exempt countries, PBS used documents, NARIC, or B1 test): B1 test.
Current nationality: Pakistani
Method of application: NCS
Council name if NCS used: Worcester
Date of application: 17/03/2015
Payment method CC/DC, Personal cheque, Bankers cheque etc: Credit Card
Date of receipt by UKBA: 19/03/2015
Date of acknowledgment: 02/04/2015
Date of debit or clearance of fees: 02/04/2015
Date approval received: 30/04/2015 -- dated 24/04/2015
Date of ceremony: 05/05/2015 -- Attended and wife is a happy lady now ( I hope )

Congratulations, as it is approved because your council received your Citizenship Certificate. That is why they wrote to you.
It is identical to my wife's application. Brown envelope will arrive in one or two days. Many congratulations again.
