So that means we can't meet up with the July ceremony will there be any ceremony after July and when is likely to be and when do you think the next batch of approvals will be.so we have to wait till after July before we start getting approvals.i thought they keep sending approvals until 2 weeks before ceremony day

No set rules for approvals and ceremonies. Though roughly we can see some trends but its not true that it can only happen within certain time periods.

still hopeful with approval since someone else just got approval.that means approval are still rolling out just not in bulk. hopefully more approvals will still come b4 the next ceremony. My file is still being prepared to be submitted to the minister who knows maybe inis is just saying different stuff and file is already with the minister.I see no reason why they are holding my file for ova 1 month now since they have all my reports

@ koffiasenji. Am in the same boat like you. My file has been prepared to go to the minister since 3months, I hope we get it soon. I applied in June 2014.

Guys, did anybody had an issue with more that 6 weeks absence from the state? I've been away 6 weeks and 3 days, I was wondering how bad is it

Hello folks,

Those who have recently got naturalization approval, can you kindly check your approval letter and see if they have asked for Photographs to be included with the 950 fees and original gnib card.

A friend of mine recently got approval, the letter mentions she needs to send 950 euros fees, the original GNIC card and she should write down her application number at the back of the envelope but no request to send photographs.

can someone who have recently got thier approval confirm if that is the same case with them.

thanks

@110 that's exactly the same as mine there was no request for passport photograps but i sent 2 passports photographs anyways with my name and application reference number written at the back just in case. I thought it was an error of omission but i have nothing to lose by sending the photographs as i wouldn't want any delay in getting invited to the next ceremony by Gods grace.

i just emailed inis now and got the same response that file is still being prepared to be submitted to the minister, my reports have been back for over a month and have been told by inis that file is being prepared to be submitted to the minister for over a month now.Is this how it normally take long to submit file to the minister after having been told no documents is needed from me anymore.

There should be some photos...they will use them on the naturalisation certificate given at the ceremony.
