Hi Peeps
My royal mail returm tracking says "Documents on their way" this morning. So I will know by 1pm today if I got PR!
I applied on 18 Dec 2014 and it took 132 days from application to Return of documents.

Update on average time for apps made by people in this forum:
Dec14 Apps- 124 days
Aug14 to Dec 14 Apps - 116 days

Hope this helps and Fingers crossed!!!

Unfortunately not.

It has been over 6 month now.
I called them yesterday but there is no difference if it is over 6 month or less.. they still could not provide any info. Suggested sending letter ( not even email !!!) to my caseworker..I posted it yesterday. Have a serious doubts they update me on anything.. This is just getting very annoying.

If anyone can advise on my next step to speed it up please help me.

Best luck for everyone x

Hi Knopik,
please send them a letter asking them to update you.
also, did you submit your case with the lawyer ? if yes, your lawyer has to send them a letter
best regards

If case is taking extraordinarily long, I normally recommend to contact local MP and explain your case.

They have direct phone numbers and emails to Home Office where they receive quicker responses.

Hi Everyone,

Just sent my PR application yesterday and it was delivered today. So my 6 months start on 01/05/2015. From my previous experience with HO, I am prepared to wait until 30 October when 6 month finish. There is no point to expect from HO to process it quicker. I will update once I hear from them.

Hi All..

I need your advise please.

I have been waiting for my PR over 6 month now and would like to write as many complains as I can everywhere to speed it up..
Can someone please advise on what actually to write... what rules should I mention... I am not too sure about my rights...

Maybe someone has a sample letter complain ..

Any advise will be helpful..
