@ST-IX

We have sent all the photocopies of the same documents again + letter of explanation to cover all the refusal points and attached some additional documents.

We re-applied on 29th and received email on 4th that the documents received at Abu Dhabi.

Azbill, One option is what SSWSZ described above. However, I didn't go that route. It's a bit tricky to add the priority service online. Go to "https://www.vfsglobal.co.uk/ShoppingCar ... ation.aspx" and from the drop down menu on the top select existing application. Navigate through the site and it should give you the option of premium lounge and/or priority service. You "won't be able to schedule" anything here. Priority is £129 and another £29 for premium lounge, on top of £85 you already paid. Once you make the payment, take a print out and go back to the website where you schedule the standard appointment. Pick a standard appointment date and you are done. Don't pay for premium lounge here if you had already paid for it with priority service. Take the priority and/or premium lounge receipt with you to your appointment and they will take care of everything there.

I am submitting an application in soon (maybe next week), this forum has been a great help to see how long the procedure would take as it been said that it can take up 90 days on the website, i am considering priority service but if it takes approx 15-30 days with the standard service then i do not see the use of that.

Hi Cricketer

Can you please advise what was the subject of your application?

I heard if they put Ref no . in the subject that means you get the visa,

Otherwise only GWF ref means a refusal.

Please let me know as I received the same standard email for my parents visa.

Many thanks
Muhammad

Hey guys! I've been a silent observer or these boards and I have finally decided to post something. Basically, I need help.

I got a concluded e-mail from UKvisasDonotreply - and I was hopeful that I would get my visa, because that is what the general consensus was on this board. However, I was rejected. The reasons being that the money I have in my account is not a true reflection of my financial circumstances. Now let's be clear, the money is very much my own - however, I don't have a monthly salary like most people because my family and I deal with lands. So sometimes a hefty sum is deposited and sometimes a meagre amount. Since they don't believe that this is my money what can I do to prove to them that it is mine? I already submitted copies of legal papers that show I have two houses (which prove I have ties to Pakistan). Is that not sufficient? What else would I need to show them that I am a genuine tourist?

This is my third time getting rejected even though I have gone above and beyond to provide as much proof as I can. The first time I showed all my property papers that I own (which is a lot) - however they felt I did not back that up. My finances are divided between my siblings, and my older brother deposits my share into my account. I just don't understand why they keep on refusing me.

Every time I apply with backups to the reasons stated to prior refusals, they add on more reasons to reject my visa!

Please help!

Hi Muhammad

Did your parents get the visa?

I also received the same standard email with GWF reference number.

Although it does say the application has been concluded.

Your response will be highly appreciated.

Thanks

Did you all get GWF number and REF number in your email ??
Or did some get only GWF number ??

Thanks

Salam, mashallah brilliant helpful board. The case I want to discuss involves a naatkhawan from Pakistan. He was sponsored from Pakistan to uk for a special event /conference. He received concluded email but visa was refused. Please can people inform me what type of visa is required for sponsoring a naatkhawan from Pakistan and a complete list of requirements. Are they allowed to appeal? JazakAllah.

@umair
It must be mentioned on the refusal letter that u have right of appeal
If it isn't mentioned then you can reapply.
