Hi,
I am on Tier 1 General 5 year route, doing contracting, applying with 2 dependents
Apologies for many queries
a). 1.12 BRP Refeence number or 2.3 BRP Reference Number
Is it our BRP number or what to write here pls?
b). 4.3 myself and wife has passed LIUK test and about to get UK naric letters, now after checking ˗ UK NARIC has confirmed that the qualification was taught or researched in English check box,
Shall I go to section 5 or check No check box in 4.4 and go to 4.5, 4.6 4.7
c). 5.3 Are you working in the UK? Yes then If so, what is your pay each month after income tax and other deductions?
I take salary every month and dividends (once in 3 months) but how to calculate I tax and other deductions?
Is it income tax, NI, rent, food, council tax, electricity deductions?
d). 5.6 Complete the following table indicating the sources and levels of income as indicated in 5.1 - 5.5 that you and your partner are relying on
I take salary and dividend, for dividend- not monthly, it’s once in 3 years so how to enter pls?
Section 5.6 as a contractor do I need to fill the table or move to next section?
e). 6.3 What evidence has been provided to support the reasons for all absences from the UK
I am out of UK say 45 days in 5 years, shall I write a self-letter for absence?
f). After 11.5.4. (Page no: 65) If you have more than one dependant, please photocopy this section and enclose the photocopy with your application form.
Have you taken page 63, 64 and 65 print and attached with form for your second dependent? Or what page nos pls?
g). 12L Tier 1 (General) migrant which has 2 check boxes
Did you check both check boxes or 1st check box only
h). I have appointment location is Croydon but in bank statement it’s Liverpool is it ok?
