I think I have got the biometric letter today. Not yet got the acknowledgement.

I applied on 1st of April and application was received by HO on 2nd April. I paid the old fee and received an acknowledgement letter about 10 days ago.

Should I expect a Biometrics letter? Or will this only apply to applicants after the changeover date (6th April I believe)?

Scarry, I applied the 24th of April, I'm going on holiday the 26th of this month till the 6th of june, scared about the biometrics not coming in time.

My biometrics letter came in normal 2nd class post. I think they all do

To all those who are worried about the "15 working days limit" on the biometrics i wouldn't worry at all. They had this for ilr as well. There is in fact no real limit (actually i think its 8 months) as to when you can submit your biometrics, this is because your biometrics letter could be delayed, lost in the post etc

What's the process they outlined? Enrol biometrics then do you have to inform them of the registration number? All the best.

You don't have to inform home office any registration , Post office member will do that . You just have to take the biometric enrollment letter to nearest post office , they will do the remaining job for you .
