I may as well list the mistakes I spotted in SET (M). There could be more.
On page 15, section 5.2 asks if you have passed LIUK and a English B1 from SELT list, if you tick yes it asks you to go to question 4.5 below which is incorrect as 4.5 would be a previous section and 4.5 does not exist. They should have said go to section 5.4 so they clearly got the numbers inverted.
On page 32, section 11.2.1 asks for the passport/travel document/ID card number. There is a date box below this question for what should have been question 11.2.2 but this question is missing completely so its just an empty date box, then question 11.2.3 states "Expiry date" with another date box. One can only assume that question 11.2.2 should have been issue date but this question does not exist. So you are technically providing an answer to a question not being asked.
The footers of pages 34 and 35 states "SET (O) Version 04/15" when clearly this is a SET (M) form.
I wonder if these forms are even reviewed by a senior person before being released.
