ILR period for PBS dependent - Tier-2 general

I am PBS migrant. I have ILR. My wife is pbs dependent. She has been living with me since I arrived in UK on 19/08/2009. She was out of UK for following period. Does period of continuity applicable to her (to PBS dependent)?

Her absences are

Left UK Returned UK
09/02/10. 03/03/10. (23 days)
05/02/12. 28/02/12. (24 days)
03/10/13. 30/03/14 (179 days)
05/02/15. 29/03/15. (53 days)

She will apply her ILR on 15 May 2015. Is she eligible for ILR? Has continuous period missed? Which immigration rules she needs to study before applying ILR as PBS dependent?
