I am going to apply for my ILR in two weeks...I would like to seek expert advise on Proof of Absence...
I understand that I have to complete the relevant section on the SET(O) form by providing the dates spent outside the UK.
Although all the leaves are for personal travel, I am also planning to get a letter from the employer. Please could you help me with details to include in the letter?
I'm planning to provide the following details
a. Joining date
b. Designation
c. Holiday entitlement (I get 25 holidays/per year)
d. Confirmation that no unpaid leaves were taken.
Should I also ask the employer to include the all dates I spent outside the UK and to mention that those leaves were Paid leaves?
Please let me know if I need to include anything else..
