Today she received an email from BRP collection department.

Further to your application decision letter, I am writing to inform you that there has been a technical issue in producing your permit and it may not be available for collection on the date previously advised.
We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible and will inform you when your BRP will be available for collection.
