ILR 5 yrs count

my first tier 1 visa was granted on 15 june 2010
my extention was done on 15 june 2012
however my visa expires on 21st june 2015

for 5 year period do i count back from 15th june or from 21st june ?

What date did you enter the UK?

If you entered within 90 days or switched withing the UK, you count from 15th June.

Yes, you can apply no sooner than 28 days before 15th June 2015.
