Hi,

Sorry but your post / Question is quite confusing, however I can reply you on your second question..

NO, you don't need a survey / inspection Report for your accommodation. You will need the following...

* Tenancy Agreement and a letter from your landlord

* last 6 months evidence showing money / rent is going out from your account to his account

* Your utility bills as well as Council Tax

* The Landlord will also need to mention in his letter that he is aware of your spouse joining you and the accommodation is suitable for a couple.

This is all I did for my Spouse and it was FINE..

Thanks for your reply,

My first question was about sponsor letter ,
Your sponsor letter should address
Gross salary
Type of employment ,length of employment and period relaying.

How I should address period relying in employment letter
My salary till march was different and from April 2015 it's increased.which is above than 18500 from start.

Third question was about passport attestation,do I need to attest photo page only or all pages.

First to tehmina, Hello and I hope you won't mind me asking this question in this thread.
Does that mean you have to have lived in the house for six months? So you can't just rent a house a month before you submit the case or write a letter stating you will rent a house once your spouse arrives in the UK. That's not fair why should I (or anyone for that matter) rent an apartment that I do not need yet, I will only need one once my wife comes over.

No that's don't necessary ,it should show tenancy agreement is valid for next six month and extendable.

Thanks

Hi Tehmina,

Your 2nd question will be supported by your current employment contract + letter... stating what is your designation, length of service and current salary. In that letter they will also says for how long you have been getting the salary equivalent to £18,600.

Don't for get your P45 /60 ( which ever is applicable)

3rd. There is no requirement to attest all the pages of passport, however I would recommend you do so.
