Tier 2 Dependent Visa - Maintenance Funds Requirement

Guys,

what are requirements for funds to apply Tier 2 Dependent visa, my husband is in UK under tier -2 General visa since last two years.
I need to apply dependent visa, he send me his bank statement in which he maintained 800£ for past 5 months.

are these funds enough to apply dependent visa?

thanks for reply, i have just a minor confusion whether my husband require to maintain his 945 maintenance funds or not?
because it is not clear in the following document

If he's not applying for his extension and its only you who will be applying as a dependent, then its not reqd.

I am applying for my husband ( Currently in india ) and below are the list of the documents which we are submitting after following all the posts in the forum and recent applicants feedaback.

1) Husbands duly filled online application form
2) IHS Surcharges number , confirmation email print out with details on
3) Marriage certificate
4) My passport and Biometric Copy
5) My Employer verification letter
6) My Certificate of sponsorship copies
7) Original Bank statements for consecutive 90 days maintaining funds for my husband 630 pounds minimum ( I have maintained 1000 pounds)
Tennancy Agreement and No Objection letter from Land lord ( Your choice as its all depends on case worker who deals our case - some times they are very particular about this but according to guidance , if you got kids then only you would require to submit the tenancy agreement
9) Call logs / email exchange to show subsistence in relation ship
10)wedding photos and few other photos.
11)My Pay slips ( 4 months ) and Original P60 form ( P60 form which we are thinking whether to include or not )
12)Husbands TB Test results from recognised hospital

we will be applying in next few days after going through the documents this weekend.

I will let you guys know about our progress.

I am planning to apply Tier 2 general dependent visa for my wife. i am an indian national currently working in singapore so i applied in singapore and I have got 5 years visa last week. my employer has A rated and provided cert for maintenance.

now i am planning to apply for my dependent . i need to show maintenance funds for my wife . during last 90 lowest balance i have in my account is 1850 SGD (approx 900 pounds).
Is this enough for maintenance funds ?.

and i cant provide this months (May 2015) statement as its not yet generated, Is it fine if i submit Feb,mar,apr statements ?.
i am planning to apply on 26th may.

please help.

Have you processed your dependent application? If so what procedure you followed?

I have a similar situation here. I am working in China and planning to apply for Tier2 General Visa . My employer sent me a letter of maintenance indicating my wife and son names. But , my family members are in India and they are planning to apply separately. In this scenario what i need to do?
