What supporting documents do i need for a spousal visa app?

Hi Again,

Well, i am about to head off to the USA to try to perform something of a mission impossible - get married and get a visa within 3 weeks!

I am just putting together all the necessary supporting documentation for the application, and was hoping that someone with experience of a successfull visa application might be able to lend me a few pointers to exactly what needs to be included.
