Want to Form A New Company

Hello Members,

I am a newbie here but I can see loads of help is offered by experinced members. My query is as follows -

I have been running a construction company for last 6 mths. Now I am planning to takeover a petrol station. I dont want to carry on using my old company as I will keep getting calls from customers to do repair works if smthing goes wrong with the work i had done. I wont be able to concentrate on my petrol station.

My visa is due for an extension in June 2016. Petorl station takeover will happen by july-august 2015.

Any suggestion people..
