cat a or b

Post by pug23 » Thu May 14, 2015 9:53 am

Hi

I applied for spouse visa previously but it was rejected because of english test requirements.

I am now ready to submit application second time but am unsure on one thing. I hopw someone can help

I am a non salaried employee so will be providing 26 weeks payslips. My salary increased 3 months into employment. What I don't understand is do I apply under cat a or cat b?

If you meet the financial requirements with 26 weekly payslips then you can use Cat A.

hey another question.

Previously I got the application filled in by an agent in pakistan but I want to do it myself this time round. Will the ukba have a copy of tue first application? There are a few questions where I dont know what the agent will have wrottwn e.g when we first met..how often I visit etc

Yes they will have this information. That's a big mistake to make - having someone else answer the questions without having a look at the application yourself! Would this agent have a copy?

The thing is my husband was there answering thr questions. It's not that there is any false info in there but I am just thinking what if I dont get the dates right?

I will speak to the agent.

Thanks

I don't think it applies if applying using Cat a... check the notes for each question carefully.
