B1 Cert details for new AN form

Hi All,

I am filling the new AN form for my wife. In Section 1.26 they are asking to provide course name, qualification and ref number of the Trinity ESOL B1. I am not sure where the reference number is located on certificate?

There is one number 12345:A89898989, would that be ref number? Does anyone recall filling that part of new AN form with ESOL certificate?

Also I am using GESE Grade 5 as course title and B1 or Entry Level 3 as qualification. Is it right?
