Just out of curiosity, which PEO centre are you applying at and on what date.

From your documents list, you must provide 2 x child photo's, not just one as this is stated in Section 10 of form SET (M). Ensure all photo's have full names written on the back on each one.

You don't need to submit 8 months pay slips, (the minimum is 3 months), but if you do, make sure you submit 8 months worth of corresponding bank statements to show pay going into your account.

I assume the cohabitation documents are evenly spaced over the 2 year period (one for every 3-4 months in joint names or one in each name from at least 3 different sources)

Don't forget to take with appointment printout and payment confirmation printout with you as you will need these as well.

Good luck.

Its Croydon, booked pre April 6th with old fees.

Good catch, I printed out the payment confirmation and forgot about the booking confirmation, now on my to do.

I interpreted section 10 as wanting 2 pictures if the child was a dependant applying, my child is already registered BC. I'll throw in an extra one for good measure though.

I'll let ya guys know what happens, thanks

PEO successful. Added the booking appointment print out (important) to the above list and all OK.

Thanks all.

I was just going to mention there is no requirement to attach a child photo or any other documentation if the child is already a BC as the child will not be applying for ILR, but no harm is doing so.

Yes, the booking confirmation and payment confirmation are two very important documents and needs to be taken to the PSC.

Nevertheless, you have got the ILR so congratulations.
