funding for 90 days

Post by saima1234 » Mon Apr 27, 2015 4:29 pm

hello GURUS pls help

i am applying for TIER 1 Entrepreneur from Pakistan. My appointment is on Wednesday and i checked the guidance today which says that the money should be in my account for 90 days. Although money is in my account from 1 month only and it is from a sale of land and i have evidence as well. should i wait for 90 days or should i apply straight away ...?

can anyone help according to the guidance updated on 6th April.

Thank you

it is better for you to wait for 90 days if the money is in your account.
otherwise it is considered as third party funding.

or you should add third part documentation (from a relative) to say that they are sponsoring you for this.
i would wait for 90 days if money is genuinely mine.

Thanks

I have same problem. I want apply for the tier 1 E visa. Funds is available but did not maintain for 90 days. My solicitor advise me that fund should be in your account for 90 days.

Now from 12 June UKVI going to make some changes and I want to apply before that.

Can somebody suggest me please, what to do.

Thanks
