ILR Eligibility 2015 or 2016?

Hi Gurus,

I am a bit confused on my eligibility for ILR whether it is July 2015 or I need to wait till March 2016?

I first came to UK in May 2010 on ICT Visa and switched to Tier 1 General in July 2010 which is valid till July 2012. I had to resign my company as they are not ready to transfer my job to UK and as per the policy I had to give 3 month’s notice. So I went back to India on 1st Jan 2011 and returned on 6th March 2011 to UK(65 days out of UK). I joined the same company in April 2011 and with the same employer till now. I have following documents and requested for employment history from HMRC which I am waiting for.

July 2010 to March 2011 - P46 and 65 days out of UK. Also have payslips from May 2010 to Dec 2010 but no evidence from Jan 2011 to March 2011.
April 2011 to March 2012 - P60 and 0 days out of UK
April 2012 to March 2013 - P60 and 30 days out of UK
April 2013 to March 2014 - P60 and 30 days out of UK
April 2014 to March 2015 - P60 and 39 days out of UK

I can a get a letter from employer for holidays from April 2011 to till date but cannot get any evidence for 65 days out of UK for which I was serving notice in India.

I went for second extension considering the risk so I have a valid Tier 1 General till 2018 but wanted to know from Gurus whether I can apply for ILR in July 2015 or do I need to wait till March 2016 when I made a re-entry to UK and have all P60's.

Appreciate your suggestions so that if I have a chance then will book a PEO appointment.

Can I just provide personal letter for the 65 days absence ?

The other concern which I have is in the tax document for the period 2010-2011 it was mentioned that "Not Ordinary resident for the period 2010-2011" and also the tax paid for that period was very less as it was filled my employer(Group tax).

If UKBA check the above information from HMRC then what are the options left for me to defend my case?
