Family visit 10 years visa visit allowance

My parents are on a family visit visa type c which allows them multiple visit 180 days as it says on visa. This visa is for 10 years.

as on visa
TYPE-C NU OF ENTERIES-MULT DURATION OF STAY-180
FROM 2008-2019

My question is, If they have completed 180 days and want to visit again. Are they allowed to do that?

For example they have stayed from 1 January to 30 June (180 DAYS) and then they go back. are they allowed to make another visit for 3/4 months ?
