I am in UK for more than a year.
I have been paid both in UK & India
UK Allowance & india Sal.

I can get both the allowance & sal stamp & sign.

What i want to ask is I fall in band A (UK) My gross will be
a) UK Allowance & india Sal
b) UK Allowance
c) India Sal

Hi Vikas,
As per my knowledge, you can claim for what ever is shown in the Payslip that you receive in UK.

One of my friend receives salary in India and is Paid allowance in UK. However his payslip in UK does not reflect anything. Instead he gets 2 payslips in India. In that case, he can't claim anything.

You can claim anything that is shown as a part of your payslip received in UK. This is as per my understanding of the caseworker's guidelines.

You can claim for ALL of your payment if it is shown in payslips.

Victoria, Can I claim UK allowance just by showing payslip? I have no p-60 for UK allowance. Is it ok?
